VINTAGE LEATHER BAGS
This was for my Vintage Leather Bag campaign, this was a client-led project in which I was asked to produce various campaign materials. For this I created a print poster, a web poster, business card, radio advert and rebranded their logo. Vintage leather Bags are an upmarket leather bag company, because of this i took inspiration from Chanel bag campaigns, this targets the same kind of ABC1 audience with disposable income. This first poster was a print poster, I would expect them to advertise this in shop windows to promote their company. For this I decided to have a model holding the bag walking, I had her in work wear. I decided not to include her face, this is because I wanted the full focus on the bag. I created a border on this as it reminded me of the Chanel campaign and I feel it created a more upmarket feel. As this campaign was aimed at an older audience I had to make the content with a more vintage feel to it. throughout all the campaign material i used the same house style, this was to create a recognizable brand for the company so that costumers and future company partners would know each material was from the same company/campaign.
I decided to redesign their logo as I felt it didn’t stand out enough and didn’t work for their brand, I went for white and orange colours, this was sticking with their existing colours which kept their brand. I redesigned this using Photoshop to manipulate the colours and font the desired effect.
